Mr.Dilip Shikhare
Founder
My name is Dilip Shikhare, and I am the Founder and Principal Consultant at Aakalan Consulting. I hold a postgraduate degree in Social Work (MSW) and bring over 12 years of experience in the development sector. Throughout my professional journey, I have worked extensively with NGOs as well as government projects, contributing to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various CSR and social development initiatives.
I specialize in tree plantation campaigns, geo-tagging of trees, environmental conservation, and project evaluation. My deep-rooted passion for sustainability and community development led to the inception of Aakalan Consulting.
Aakalan Consulting was founded with the vision of promoting environmental awareness and sustainable social development. Our mission is to build strong bridges between institutions and communities through data-driven, impactful, and practical solutions.
My approach is grounded in participatory methods, transparency, and quality-focused execution. Looking ahead, we aim to implement more impactful CSR projects, drive large-scale afforestation initiatives, and conduct meaningful social evaluations that contribute to long-term, sustainable change.

Dr.Seeam M Sathe
Botany Researcher & Plant Pathology Expert
Dr. Seema Murlidhar Sathe is a dedicated researcher in Botany with specialization in plant pathology and biological disease management. She has completed her Ph.D. in Botany from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Her doctoral research focused on controlling fungal plant diseases using biological agents.
She has presented papers at national and international conferences and published articles in reputed journals. Her notable contributions include research on the antagonistic potency of Trichoderma viride, antifungal activity of Achyranthes aspera, and the first report of Nigrospora sphaerica pathogenic to Cajanus cajan in India.
Her expertise covers plant disease management, biological control, phytochemical analysis, and tissue culture.
